Aaron Boey is a native of Michigan and handles cases across the state. He began his practice in commercial litigation before focusing exclusively on matrimonial law. He is dedicated to representing clients in all areas of family law, including high-asset divorces and complex custody cases, child and spousal support matters, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, and enforcement actions.

With a focus on designing comprehensive and personalized solutions for his clients, Aaron navigates his clients—ranging from corporate executives to stay-at-home parents to physicians to other professionals—through the profoundly personal nature of family law cases. Aaron is devoted to minimizing the emotional toll on his clients’ families, especially children, while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring results-driven representation.

Aaron takes a practical approach to his client’s matters—maintaining a focus on obtaining favorable results outside of the courtroom, whether through informal settlement or at mediation, while at the same time being prepared to fully litigate the matter through trial. Throughout the case, he is dedicated to listening, connecting, and working with his clients by giving them the clarity they require to reach optimal outcomes through personalized solutions.

Aaron began his attorney career as a commercial litigator at national AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 law firms, where he handled complex commercial cases. Aaron now applies his skills and experience in high stakes litigation to service the clients of Bank Rifkin with strong advocacy, organization, creativity, and compassion.

While attending law school at the Michigan State University College of Law, Aaron earned a certificate from The Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. He also served as a Student Law Clerk for the Hon. Rosemarie E. Aquilina, 30th Circuit Court for Ingham County, Michigan. Aaron obtained his bachelor’s degree from Madonna University, graduating with highest honors. He also interned with the Hon. Laura R. Mack (Ret.), then Chief Judge of the 29th District Court in Wayne, Michigan.
