Andrew Burgess
Since graduating from Michigan State University College of Law, Andrew dedicated his career to the practice of family law. Andrew’s career began in the Chicago metropolitan area where he handled all matters of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment related issues. His passion and dedication for helping others during one of the most challenging times in their lives gives Andrew the ability to empathize, understand, and assist his clients in their time of need.
Spending his career practicing family law in both Michigan and Illinois, Andrew has the unique experience of representing clients of all backgrounds. Knowing everyone’s situation is different, Andrew takes the time to explain the court process and create an individualized roadmap for his clients. Andrew’s personal philosophy includes always keeping clients informed of their case status and encouraging open communication throughout the entire process. Andrew’s experience and approach to the practice of law makes him an ideal candidate as an aggressive negotiator who is client focused and results driven.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. Before attending Michigan State College of Law, Andrew attended Manchester College in Indiana where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish.
When Andrew is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, visiting with family and friends, and going to the gym.
